Terms of Service

DRAFT TEMPLATE — These terms require review by qualified legal counsel before launch. Operator identity, governing law, eligibility, dispute procedures, and contact information must be completed.

gayest.email provides accounts, email addresses, message storage, and related tools. Availability, quotas, registration, and sending limits are controlled by the operator. Early access features may change. Email delivery is not guaranteed.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity you authorize through your addresses. Do not impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, phish, steal credentials, commit fraud, harass people, engage in illegal activity, or bypass limits. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Your actions through the service are distinct from our operation of its infrastructure. We are responsible for operating the service subject to applicable law and these terms. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

You retain rights in your content and grant the limited permissions needed to transmit, store, process, and secure it. Authorized staff access for operational purposes is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not use this service where end-to-end encryption is required.

We may restrict or suspend accounts to stop abuse, protect security, comply with law, or address policy violations. Where appropriate we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support; urgent threats may require action first. Account termination and data retention follow the applicable retention policy.

Keep independent copies of important messages. Reasonable warranty and liability provisions, consumer rights, dispute processes, and change-notice periods must be drafted for the operator’s jurisdiction by counsel.

You can request deletion through account settings. Contact support@gayest.email for account questions or appeals once the address is activated.
